I phoned up and spoke to Jake (I think!). I wanted a replacement top piece for my dogs harness and the size label had worn off. Her different sections were S, XS, & XXS. Jake measured his dogs top piece, while I measured mine, and we worked it out. It arrived and is a Perfect Fit! Thank you very much. Great customer service!!
