We have had 9 dogs, 6 of which were CKC spaniels. This is the first time that I have purchsed a PerfectFit harness at the recommendation of someone in our dog training course. I am so glad she did! The harness arrived the following day but I found that it was a bit too loose as Dylan is in the cusp of 2 sizes. I spoke to Jake who sorted out the problem immediately and the replacement 2 parts arrived the next day. It is so good to be able to speak to an actual 'human' and I am so impressed with their customer service which I think is second to none!
