We have just purchased our fifth perfectfit harness from the wonderful perfectfit team who are always so very helpful. Unfortunately our oldest girl had rolled in something nasty & my husband (in his wisdom) tried to wash it off in the river & lost his grip & said harness floated away down the river! After ordering four previous harness (one a puppy harness) you would think I would be more than capable of fitting our new harness on our girl but no I couldn't work it out & thought it was to small. One phone call to the ever helpful team who patiently talked me through it & all good so thank you so much for your great customer care & great products.
