As I continue down my hair regrowth journey, Rob has been a model of professionalism and a bastion of scientific knowledge. He takes the time to understand your hair history, work through potential root causes, and problem solve through protocols, which is exactly who I've always needed on my team and exactly what my primary care practitioner has been unwilling to give me.
