ordered perfume for wife that never turned up after two weeks spoke to perfume click that said they would have to speak to royal mail after 3 days they emailed me to say to contact them as i did they said we will have to make a claim from royal mail which can take up to 3 weeks before they would replace or refund.spoke to tesco and they could do nothing will never use this company again
