Poor packaging & no response after return
Ordered Byredo Super Cedar. Packaging was clearly off — even the agent agreed and told me to return it. Perfume Click received the parcel on 24 Sept. Since then, silence. I’ve now asked for the supplier’s inspection report, escalation process, and my case notes. Aware of my Section 75 rights if response is inadequate. Disappointing.
