I took the classes about 6-8 weeks ago so I don't remember all the details. What I thought needed improvement was that some of the answers to the questions could be answered a couple of different ways depending on how you interrupted the questions. Also, I know one answer was incorrect. And finally, you should be able to print out the slides to refer back to the information.
I got the impression that the class was more intended to get people to retake the class because they wouldn't pass than having people learn information.
