“The material tied to the national exam is good and well covered. I was able to get a 95% on it. However, the Kansas state portion was another story. I dont think the material prepared me well and barely passed as a result. Supplement the state to be safe.”

“The price was great! But on some of the course test questions the the question on screen wasn't there but you had to pick a answer,some kind of glitch idk what that was about im on a desktop. All of the information was great!!what would make it 5 star is if On the student dashboard (for students) had a button to talk to someone if you have a question or need something and a scheduling calendar for proctored test.I emailed them 3 different ways wasn't clear on best way to contact them.Took 2 days for someone to email me back to schedule a test.This is as far as I've gotten as of now. I would recommend Perry Real Estate was easy to navigate. but needs more buttons on student dashboard.maybe Ill update later.”

“Course was good, easy to follow. The final exam had some wording and catcha phrases that were not used in the course work; a bit confusing at times. The live procotoring was okay for the final exam. The last time I took the test after it was paid for the wait time was over an hour and a half. If there was a high wait time; it would have been nice to know before payment was made; so I could have had the option to schedule the exam for another time..”
