“Thanks to Perry Real Estate College’s Kentucky Pre-Licensing Course and the Prep+ materials I passed my State Exam on the first try and am on my way to be licensed. I highly recommend Perry for all your real estate education needs; the courses were thorough, easy to navigate and prepared me to pass my state exam with ease. Thank you PREC! I’ll be back to take my continuing education courses yearly. To anyone contemplating whether or not to purchase the Ultimate package, do it! It is worth its weight in gold!”

“You program had many issues in the early units. Narration didnt match slides and other errors. I had trouble when submitting answers to module tests and it wouldn't let me type enough information to answer, but the suggested answer was really long. Some modules hard to follow. Im in my 40's, not a traditional college student, and i had trouble learning from your program. I thought i was finished because all items were completed, and i recieved completed notification and a final grade all to discover i wasnt finished. I had to pay for additional course just to be prepared for the exam. I would suggest proof reading the program and not using terminology in modules until it is covered in later modules.”

“Classes was great and prepared me very well for the final exam. The ability to work on my own schedule and at my own pace was very helpful. There was always someone available to answer questions when I needed them. I highly recomend this class.”

“Course was easy to navigate and thorough. Although I question some of the accuracy within the module quizzes, I have no complaints as it wasnt anything significant that made or break my understandings. I was able to go back and review any questionable item and reassure the accurate knowledge. Overall I would definitely recommend these courses.”
