The course was navigable and provided a lot of useful information! Developing a Business Plan and Policy and Procedures Manual is not an easy task;however, this course helped guide me through step by step! Not only did I feel very well prepared to pass the exam but I feel prepared to move on in setting up my future business! Kent and Bonnie were a pleasure to work with and very easy to contact!
