Two of the 13 classes were good - at least okay (the Contracts and License Law ones). The remainder were among the worst quality classes I have ever taken in 22 years as a licensed real estate agent. They were a power point set of slides read by a computer voice that seemed to have been assembled by a VA or someone who had never actually been involved in the business but was just assembling data from Google. The power points generally may have been okay if presented by a knowledgeable lecturer with commentary. There were endless typos that would have been caught if anyone had ever proofread the work. The presentation and the tests seemed largely disconnected with many questions that weren't even presented and would be unknown to a student other than previous knowledge or consulting Google. On many occasions, I answered a question and it said it was wrong but said the answer was exactly what I selected. On one occasion all of the answers were blank with just a bunch of radio buttons. Some of the information was so outdated that it was laughable. The email linking to the phone app doesn't include the required info to access the app - I had to dig on my own and find it. I just got my license in TN and expected to have some actual knowledge conveyed in the volume of classes I took for the post-licensing (120 hours). The only class that provided anything other than that which would be news to a brand new agent was the TN License Law class - now I have an abundance of knowledge of the amount of the renewal fees. On the upside, I got a completion cert and CE credit upon completion.
