I used Perry Real Estate College for my pre-licensing course in 2012, and had a great experience with an in-person class taught by Art Reed. Then I came back to take my KY Core Classes online course. This was very easy to follow and was able to complete fairly quickly. But recently, I took my KY Managing Broker Course, and this was very well organized and I was able to complete it within a couple of weeks. It offered practice exams to use to study for the final exam in which I scored 92%. I would highly recommend taking courses from here.
