The website and the customer service is great. The mobile app has it's glitches, but nothing too hard to get through. I have been using them for a few years now and know that when I need to talk to a person, they usually always answer their phone. I believe they outsource their app to a 3rd party so it is what it is. Thank you for making it easy. If you want easy this is your CE provider!
