AVOID!!!!AVOID!!!AVOID!!!!AVOID!!!!
Owned my (shoddy built) Persimmon home for over 5 years and still have structural defects. Persimmon homes had been notified when the property was still in warranty and this dates back to 2017 which have still not been resolved. Long story short they have no interest in resolving my issues which I have now had to take legal action.
P.S - Dont bother with the NHBC they are just as useless!!!
