total disgrace unhelpful in every way customer service is appalling ,I waited nearly 4 months for a simple lease alteration on my buyers property which never got resolved resulting in 2 moves not going ahead and myself loosing £30,000 , how is this acceptable avoid this company if possible, they will affect your mental health.
