Slow to resolve problems, prefer to argue than solve them.
For instance after only seven months the boiler has broken on a Sunday called the emergency number after 90 minutes received a call back that the plumbers contracted to persimmon are not answering the phone, so now without heat and hot water until at least Monday.
This is just the last in a long line of issues, a formal complaint has been raised with the directors will see what happens.
My personal opinion do not buy from persimmon.
