Persimmon Homes built the Picket Twenty housing estate in Andover. It’s increasingly poor quality with no noise insulation in any buildings and poor roads. It’s barely a few years old and all the roads are falling apart. They are trying to offload the roads to the council but I’m glad the council is saying no. What a terrible company, it’s a shame they are still in business. If we lived in any reasonable society they would have gone bust by now.
