I enquires into Ashworth place in Exeter with my partner, and was simply met by a rude and abrupt lady called Nikeeta.
Her attitude towards us was disgusting, making comments about what she thinks we can afford and that we “look like a couple who tries to save as much money on a deal as possible”. I took that as being called cheap. I simply asked what deals were available.
I didn’t wish to continue and instead went down the road to another provider.
Awful experience.
