I brought a personalized bookmark for my adult daughter's birthday and the process was easy and sent me a preview before completing. Once completed I was sent another preview and once it arrived I was so blown away! What a beautiful personal gift and so cheap. My daughter cried when seeing it. Thank you so much 😊
