Always fantastic to deal with. Staff and super lovely and super fast with sending proofs for approval. Unfortunately I still haven't received my item yet, so I can't comment on the quality of the mug or add a photograph, but I have used this company before and was very impressed with the quality.
This delay is not the fault of personalised favours, it seems delayed in NZ customs.
I will continue to shop with Personalised favours, even from NZ... I'm a super fan!!!
