The company were great to deal with and quick to reply to questions. As for the gift, my boyfriend LOVED it, he was carrying it around, cradling it and saying how much he loved it. Friends have come over and remarked on it, and I continue to be thanked for it a week later. Highly recommend if you want to feel smug for giving the best gift - and I've noticed he's been asking a lot of questions about what I want for Christmas now!
