absolutely gold standard service. I only required one small photo frame; so not a significantly big sale by any means! However, at relatively short notice not only did I receive a personal email of acknowledgment but also the item arrived (amazingly) in time for our special occasion. This is the difference between good old fashion customer service and new fashion automated pumped out product.
