Hi Jamie. I have to say that overall I was disappointed with what I received as my daughters name was spelt incorrect on the cup and the best your company could offer me was to reorder it with a discount price I have done this and a new cup is coming but given it wasn’t really my mistake I feel it should have just been replaced.
The product itself is very nice and the engraving was lovely just not what I had asked for
