I absolutely love Personalised Favours all items are stunning and beautifully made.
This is my second time ordering, I received my proof email less than 5 hours later and delivery arrived within the week.
Once my items arrived I did notice a duplicate printing error. I emailed the company and received a super quick response and the correct item/ wording was shipped express at no further cost.
The business was very apologetic and hassle free.
I will definitely be making more future purchases.
