genuinely amazing and quick customer service ! interms of personalisation, they do double check every single detail and i was happy with it the very first time they asked me to confirm, but i am sure that if i wanted to change it slightly, they would have been super patient and more than happy to oblige. i bought this flask as a birthday present for my friend's 18th, and i can safely say the delivery time, packaging and quality of the product exceeded all my expectations.
