The people that I have dealt with on the phone have been great BUT -I received no acknowledgment of my online order so I had to email to ensure that you had my order , only then did I receive an order confirmation and order number and when the item arrived it was supposed to be a Tottenham Hotspur Personalised mouse mat but I got a NUFC mouse mat in the name of someone else - imagine my surprise as a Sunderland fan !!
I have been promised the correct order - so fingers crossed .
