Terrible!! Ordered a special card for 40th a week in advance. They state 3-7 days and courier shipped so sounded safe option & price for delivery reflects that…. Nope!! So birthday arrives and no card 😥 No tracking given or info after placing order. Message them and state lost in transit but can reorder. I state only worth doing if be 1-2 days more max as no one wants card so far past their birthday. It’s 4 days more before arrives. Disgusting!! Especially considering the delivery fee for just a card. Do not use them as no unreliable.

Guys come on you offer a 'ask a question about your order' and you don't respond to it, that's really poor. We're all aware of the strikes with Royal Mail but an order Pending for 5 days with no communication if very poor. I ordered it on the 12th of December and it's still pending. order number #4415. Just want some sort of communication.

Hi Liz, I have checked our email client and have no email from your gmail address (listed under review author details). Can I please confirm what email address you emailed from? However, I have reviewed our platform and can see that your item was dispatched yesterday and is currently with Royal Mail. Absolutely shockingly appalling customer service! I bought an item 2/12/22 as a Xmas present for my dad, paid extra for quick delivery. Had an order confirmation email the same day but nothing since! Emailed to ask where my order is and all they could come up with is it’s been lost in transit would I like it resent.. I said yes, but nothing else since!! How they can treat their customers this way is beyond me.. what right do they have to take peoples hard earned money and not give them what they’ve paid for. I won’t recommend these to anyone else.. ever. Avoid this website company at all cost! You won’t get what you’ve paid for and you won’t get any kind of customer service. Will be taking this further!!! Would give zero stars if it was possible!! Appalling joke of a company

Hi Steve, Thank you for your feedback. We send out thousands of orders per day and unfortunately some do get lost in transit and this number is probably a bit more inflated due to ongoing strikes. Please provide me with your order confirmation number so we can make this a priority for you. Rest assured, we hold the license with many football clubs and we would never take your hard-earned money and not give you what you paid for. I expect this could be one of those rare occasions where a further mix-up has happened... I'd rather not speculate too much without reviewing the order. All we can do is apologise and look to put this right. Hi Steve, I have looked further into this and found your order using your email address. I can see that we dispatched the item on the 06/12 but it has only been marked as received today by Royal Mail (at Southampton MC). I can email you the tracking reference if you do not have it. This should be with you shortly but hopefully you can see that this has been an issue on Royal Mail's side rather than us not dispatching or producing the item. Thanks for your understanding. Tom

No response from this company, no item recieved! No confirmation email recieved !!! 3 emails sent, 2 Facebook message and no acknowledgment whatsoever !!! Took my money and no item !!!

Placed order two weeks ago and not received anything. Emailed this morning and had no response. Bought this as a birthday present and recipient is now going to be very disappointed. Looking at other recent reviews I am not convinced that we will receive anything apart from an excuse that the order was lost in transit. Will refer to credit card company to dispute transaction. Such a shame.

Placed an order for a personalised football gift on 11th October and payment was taken from my credit card, it has been in 'Pending' status since then. No response to a question raised on the order page a week ago, and attempting to send an email to the sales email address on the Terms & Conditions page resulted in an "Address not found" error. Waiting for a response from the customerservice@kornit.com address, but not hopeful. I was taken to this site from a link on the Leeds United official web store. I am very disappointed that the official store would endorse this sub-standard 'service'.

Wouldn’t order form here again. This was a birthday present hence ordering it with plenty of time. Been waiting 14 days for a phone case. Emailed twice no response. Can not contact anyone. Happy to take money but not deliver on the goods. Shocking service.
