Guys come on you offer a 'ask a question about your order' and you don't respond to it, that's really poor. We're all aware of the strikes with Royal Mail but an order Pending for 5 days with no communication if very poor.
I ordered it on the 12th of December and it's still pending. order number #4415. Just want some sort of communication.
