Absolutely shockingly appalling customer service! I bought an item 2/12/22 as a Xmas present for my dad, paid extra for quick delivery. Had an order confirmation email the same day but nothing since! Emailed to ask where my order is and all they could come up with is it’s been lost in transit would I like it resent.. I said yes, but nothing else since!! How they can treat their customers this way is beyond me.. what right do they have to take peoples hard earned money and not give them what they’ve paid for. I won’t recommend these to anyone else.. ever. Avoid this website company at all cost! You won’t get what you’ve paid for and you won’t get any kind of customer service. Will be taking this further!!! Would give zero stars if it was possible!! Appalling joke of a company
