Sent for an Arsenal mug with personalised name as No. 12. Received an Everton mug so had to contact customer service on line. The replacement arrived within around 7 days from me pointing out their mistake. OK the correct mug should have been sent to me but once I notified them of the problem I received very good customer service. Thank you Hazel Graham. ?
