Ordered a football mug on which famous footballers names were printed, and a personalised name was then inserted. The pre-printed footballer's name Firmino was spelt incorrectly - Fermino. This was pointed out to me by the recipient of the gift. Rather embarrassing, as it suggested a cheap gift!
