Ordered a t shirt for a present. It arrived quickly but on examination there was a small blue mark on the shoulder. Rang the company, sent a picture as requested and got an email saying that a replacement would be sent out via first class post. It arrived the next day. Great customer service initially and great customer service dealing with the problem. Well done!
