Products good, delivery service not. System allowed me to pay extra for next delivery at 430pm on a Fri, but small print on delivery page - which I was directed to after I called to query where my parcel was on the Tuesday - said this only applied up until 2pm on a Friday. I was realistic and hadn't expected delivery on the Sat but I had on the Monday! This was a gift, which then arrived late, so I felt let down! I won't order from here again.
