The item I ordered was not what I received, however, after a couple of emails and phone calls to customer support I received an upgraded item by next day delivery at no extra cost to myself, initially I was sceptical about their customer service but they really did go out of their way to make sure I got what I ordered and was happy with it, I wiould happily order from them again.
