I have yet to receive an order which I paid extra for a first class delivery.
I 'phoned up and was assured there was no problem and I should get it the next day (which would already have been late) - but that was 3 working days and nothing.
According to the website it hasn't even been posted yet.
Far too late for the intended recipient, if it comes I'll have to keep it for his birthday next year.
Never again - don't advertise a service you can't deliver on.
