I placed an order on the 7th December for a Secret Santa gift to be given on the 19th, I received an Order confirmation and nothing else, I rang the phone number provided and left a message for someone to contact me, no one did.
Atrocious! To be honest if you had said that you were snowed under with orders and would be late in despatching I could have dealt with that but there has been no contact whatsoever
I'm now going to put an IOU into the Secret Santa - Very festive, thanks a lot!
