I had a slight issue with the courier not leaving a card through my door despite trying to deliver my item. I contacted PFG and after apologising for the lack of service from the delivery company they swiftly sent out another item which I received only 48 hours later from my original email where I queried where my order was. Top customer service and brilliant quality products. My dad will love his mug!
