Everything went wrong. I order the item on 11th December didn't receive a confirmation dispatch email, then emailed on 18th December and was told it would be re dispatched but still had no dispatched information. And then when I chased this on 20th I got an email offering me my postage back but then I have come to the delivery address and obly 2 of the 3 items have been sent so I called up and complained again and still didn't get a good enough compensation for this. Your company is shocking for customer service.
