I had chosen second class delivery but when I hadn't received a dispatch email after 5 days I emailed to check and found that a computer error meant the order had not gone through. The order was found and the item was sent out to me special delivery arriving by 9.30 on the next day. The mug itself is great, and despite the glitch I was pleased with the service.
