Ordered a personalised mug. Communication was excellent via email informing of order progress and shipping details.
My only criticism would be the packing. Mug was placed straight into it's box and shipped. Large potential for damage this way, a bubble wrap bag would have been more suitable. I work in despatch, shipping orders all over the world and there is always packaging around the product inside it's carton.
