I ordered 3 x items before xmas and paid for next day delivery. 2 x items arrived which were lovely but 1 of the items didn't? Very annoying as I ordered all 3 at the same time and paid extra for the next day delivery. I emailed straight away as the missing item was a xmas present for my son but have yet to receive a response to my email. Very disappointing.
