Disappointed, made an error on ordering personalised phone case, (wrong size) sent email 40 minutes later as soon as realised to say error made could they please correct the order, got automated response saying closed, will respond when open. Received phone case earlier then expected, but ordered had not been amended, when I emailed them, they basically said it was my error.
