I ordered my personalized gift item on 5th February, and was informed that it shipped on February 7th. As of Feb 28th the package had not arrived. I then called your sales center and they agreed to ship another package out the same day by "Express Mail" and to send me a tracking number. I called again today to advise that I had not received any confirmation of shipment or a tracking number, and was informed that the package was shipped but again by regular mail. They offered an apology - however, the special 80th birthday will undoubtedly be missed because of the failure to carry out instructions to express the package. This is a huge disappointment and clearly very poor customer service.
