I purchased a few personalised newspaper front pages half a dozen years ago, and was more than happy with the service, quality and variety of local and regional newspapers e.g. Birmingham Mail, Stoke Sentinel, Chesterfield News etc. available to use. Unfortunately now you just have two options, a national newspaper or a made up one. Which spoils the surprise especially for birthday surprises. Plus, you used to be able to edit the script with names of relatives and friends. Again this option is unavailable.
