I am yet to receive this item. I received a shipping email on 2/7/19 however every time I check Hermes website it says they have not received the item from the sender. I would understand if this was an issue with the courier but apparently it is not. This was supposed to be a birthday present and now i've had to explain that it's going to be late. I understand this may be an isolated incident but I would not recommend anyone to order from this website as it has caused more hassle than it's worth.
