I have order jumper on the 19th of November and it's the 1st of December today and the item still hasn't arrived yet. On 22nd of November I received the email from your customer service asking me what size I have ordered...how that's possible you don't know the size? The system wouldn't let me to finish order if I wouldn't recorded/marked the size. I am not happy at all!
