I'm really hoping that the actual gift will be great. I'm sure it will. But as of today, I still haven't received it and it was booked online 10 days ago. Hence the one-star rating. All I can suggest is that you review your relationship with the shipping service. It matters not how good the product is, if you can't get it into the hands of your customers, on time, it's of no use.
