Product is fine.
However paying extra for ‘express delivery’ and it taking a week to arrive really isn’t. It even says next day delivery on the box.
I appreciate this night not necessarily be Personalised Football Gifts fault but at the same time you should use a less shambolic delivery service or offer the money back from delivery.
