The water bottle arrived within specified time. The reusable coffee cup did not.
It is languishing in a ‘safe place’ NOT nominated by myself and I will not be at that address until 28/12
I received no confirmation of purchases by e mail so had no tracking number to divert the package. It was more than a week late in delivery - had I known this I would not have purchased nor would I have paid extra for courier delivery.
