I made an order and paid for Express Tracked Delivery which should’ve been no longer than 3 days arrival. My order arrived over a week after I placed it. I have emailed the customer service team for a refund of my delivery charge and have not even received a reply.
Definitely would not recommend this company unless you don’t mind misinformation and lack of replies from customer service.
